What to take
• Cotton Breaths! Bring plenty of
quality shorts with cotton golf shirts that have collars. A few “smart/casual”
combinations for dinning.
• Umbrella—If you are coming during
the raining season it’s a must but, it is a good idea to have
one to get relief from the direct sun. And your caddie will happily
hold it for you when she’s not busy.
• Sport coat, slacks & tie--or dress
or skirt with blazer
• Swim suit for the spa pool and ocean
• Electrical adapter for your laptop (if
you plan to bring one)
• Original passport and a photocopy
• Handicap card
• Your favorite cold remedies, long distance
air travel coupled with a tired system can result in a cold.
• Any antacid (prescription or otherwise)
you may need.
• Golf bag for shoes and clothes or gym
bag (apart from your luggage) to carry a change of clothes for after
golf. All of the courses provide quality facilities to shower and change
clothes. You can sweat profusely.
• Your vitamins or prescription medications
• You may want to get a few baht. Currency
exchange is a breeze in Thailand and Hua Hin has numerous places to
change money or to get cash from an ATM. Make sure you know your ATM
password.
• Your favorite sun screen. Plenty available
here but if you prefer a certain brand it’s best to get it before
you go
• And yes, don't forget
your clubs!
