Banyan Estate and Golf

Starting in November 2006 for completion in early 2008 The Banyan Estate will consist of private villas, condomuniums, a commercial area and 75 Bali style rental villas

The villas, which will be for sale as investment properties and will return a guaranteed 10% return on 46 weeks and the owner will have the property to them selves for 6 weeks a year. These villas will be available for rental when the course is complete and will be offered as a package which will include rounds of Golf on your own private Golf course on your doorstep.

The club house will be a luxurious 2000 square metre authentic Thai wooden building including restraunts, Bars and a Golf shop.

We aim to be the "Spa" of golf courses as there will be nothing else like it in the area or for that matter in Thailand!
